Today we met our IP's for the first time face to face. I was so excited and felt like I had known them for so long already. The conversations came very easy and I knew that they were awesome right away. We went to Chris Jacobson "CJ" from Top Chefs restaurant called "The Yard". It was fabulous. The food, the atmosphere, and the company :) CJ even came out and introduced himself and shook our hands! I was in awe..
After dinner they dropped us back at our hotel and we began the search for pineapple core! We began at Whole Foods. They had a million different cuts of pineapple, but none included the core! It was late and the staff had already went home for the evening, so we had to go elsewhere. We drove around until we found another grocery store. They also did not have any with a core!! Luckily there was someone there and they were able to cut us a fresh one and give us the core. Afterwards, we headed home for a good nights rest before the morning transfer!!!!
